Delete your Snapshot Play account

In the app

1. Open Snapshot Play and sign in.
2. Tap You, then Settings, then Delete account.
3. Confirm when asked. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@connectandconquer.com from the email address on your account. Put “Delete my Snapshot Play account” as the subject, and your phone number in the message.

We delete your account within 30 days and reply to tell you it is done. If you write from an address that is not on the account, we may ask you to show it is yours first.

What is deleted

• Your name, phone number, email address and date of birth.
• Your face photo and every snapshot you took, with the place each was taken.
• The device token used to send you game alerts.
• Any unused host or player tokens. They cannot be refunded.

Any game you are hosting ends, and you are taken out of games you are playing.

What is kept

• Photos other players took with you in them stay in their games' albums, and your name may still show in the results of games you played. Ask in your email and we remove them too, within the same 30 days.
• A record of any token purchases: what was bought and when, kept for our business records.
